What you will do

  • Proactively prospect SMB and mid-market retail accounts via phone, email, and social media.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand challenges and build strong professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and strategic follow-up.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to help refine outbound strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate sales accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action.
  • Fluency in English is required as a working language.
  • Must be based in North America to support the regional outbound sales team.

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS outbound sales, specifically with SMB or mid-market retail clients.
  • Familiarity with POS systems or similar software platforms in large organizations.
  • Experience with consultative selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC or BANT.
