TL;DR

Emerging Business Representative (IT Sales): Managing inbound requests and account growth for clients with less than $500k spend with an accent on prospecting and relationship building. Focus on diversifying the customer base, closing transactional renewals, and positioning IT solutions to secure deals.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives

What you will do

  • Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from unmanaged clients across North America.
  • Close transactional renewals and proactively upsell services to accounts within a defined territory.
  • Qualify and position company solutions to expand and diversify the existing customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tactical-level stakeholders, such as IT Managers.
  • Create, manage, and track sales opportunities and quotes using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of previous sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
  • College or University degree.
  • Must be open to flexible work hours and statutory holiday alignment to support customers in different US/Canada time zones.
  • Location: Toronto, ON, CA.
