Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives

What you will do
- Respond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from unmanaged clients across North America.
- Close transactional renewals and proactively upsell services to accounts within a defined territory.
- Qualify and position company solutions to expand and diversify the existing customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with tactical-level stakeholders, such as IT Managers.
- Create, manage, and track sales opportunities and quotes using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1+ years of previous sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- College or University degree.
- Must be open to flexible work hours and statutory holiday alignment to support customers in different US/Canada time zones.
- Location: Toronto, ON, CA.
