Salary: $258,000 – $376,000 USD

What you will do
- Hire and lead the initial Growth Platform team, establishing culture, operating rhythms, and engineering standards.
- Build product capabilities like personalized messaging and self-service publishing to enable seamless growth experiments.
- Integrate AI-driven approaches for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, and copy generation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding architecture decisions and build-vs-integrate choices.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align cross-channel messaging and ensure a positive end-user experience.
- Define and evolve the platform vision and roadmap based on adoption, impact, and iterative learning.
Requirements
- 3+ years in engineering management with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier.
- Proven ability to drive outsized impact through small, high-leverage changes at scale.
- Strategic insight to optimize impact for both long-term vision and short-term delivery.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and prioritize by impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data teams.
Nice to have
- Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion.
- Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams to run experiments or publish content independently.
- Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection.
- Experience integrating with customer data platforms or marketing automation systems.
- Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale.
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure.
