What you will do

• Drive the development of a long-term pro user product vision aligned with business strategy.
• Socialize qualitative and quantitative insights with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with product teams to develop roadmaps informed by the voice of partners.
• Coordinate new feature rollouts and manage change communication and community support.
• Maintain consistent access to user insights via surveys, forum analysis, and competitive research.
• Lead the creation of developer education curricula to increase API adoption.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City for hybrid work in the HQ office.
• 3+ years of experience in product engagement, product management, or developer advocacy.
• 2+ years of experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to translate the voice of the customer into data-informed roadmaps.
• Expertise in developing and managing feedback loops and systematic data analysis.
• Track record in technical community management or developer relations.
