What you will do

• Architect the next-generation operating model for Product, Design, and Product Marketing to enable predictable delivery.
• Govern and continuously improve the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from problem framing to launch.
• Introduce and scale AI-assisted processes to streamline execution and automate manual operational workflows.
• Lead critical cross-functional forums, including quarterly planning and Product Experience Reviews.
• Drive adoption of operational tools such as Productboard and Figma to create organizational clarity.
• Build scalable systems for roadmap visibility and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product operations or product management at scaling SaaS companies.
• Demonstrated experience building AI-native workflows and prototyping with tools like Claude.
• Proven success in building operating models, PDLC frameworks, or governance systems in software environments.
• Strong fluency in Productboard and Figma, with experience driving tool adoption at scale.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
