Location: Hybrid in Toronto (must work from office 3x per week)
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 CAD

What you will do
- Own and evolve the GTM tech stack, specifically managing the architecture, health, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Design and ship AI-enabled workflows using Clay for enrichment, routing, research, and outbound personalization.
- Manage lead and account distribution processes, including routing logic, territory mapping, and SLA tracking.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize inbound lead flow and operationalize intent tools like G2.
- Collaborate with the VP of RevOps to build revenue analytics dashboards using AWS AppFlow, Athena, and QuickSight.
- Implement tools and systems to leverage Gong insights for sales enablement, coaching, and MEDDIC adherence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales/Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot architecture, process design, and reporting.
- Proven ability to build AI-powered automations with Clay or similar low-code/no-code tools.
- Fluency with data schemas, SQL, and analytics infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions, pipeline generation, and forecasting.
- Must be based in Toronto for hybrid office attendance (3x per week).
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with AWS data tools such as AppFlow, Athena, QuickSight, or S3.
- Experience supporting MEDDIC or other enterprise sales methodologies.
- Gong administration and sales coaching workflow experience.
- Basic scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or other languages.
