Location: Must be based in Boston, MA or Houston, TX (flexible work options available)

Salary: $98,850 - $158,160 USD

What you will do

  • Structure, review, and optimize complex enterprise-level deals to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to align stakeholders and resolve roadblocks.
  • Provide guidance on pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, and contract terms.
  • Manage the deal review process to improve deal velocity while minimizing risk and protecting margins.
  • Build and enforce scalable deal approval processes and governance workflows.
  • Track and report on deal metrics and approval cycles to identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance within a SaaS/tech company.
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategies, discounting frameworks, and margin analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-level deal negotiations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, hirify.global CPQ).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Boston, MA or Houston, TX.

  • Deep proficiency in Excel for advanced deal modeling and analysis.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments.
  • Familiarity with audit requirements and internal compliance policies.
