What you will do
- Own the weekly forecasting cadence, including methodology, pacing standards, and reporting for GTM leadership.
- Design and operate dashboards and trackers using Clari and Salesforce to provide a trustworthy business outlook.
- Maintain activity tracking infrastructure to surface performance signals and identify gaps.
- Execute pacing logic and perform recurring QA on all forecast and performance reporting to ensure data integrity.
- Support monthly business reviews (MBR) by providing analysis on key metrics like Added MRR, NRR, and TTV%.
- Partner with Data and IS teams to continuously improve and scale forecasting tooling and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a GTM analytics function.
- Proven ownership of forecasting processes within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep proficiency with Clari and Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in BigQuery and Looker.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
