What you will do
- Partner with Client Partners to understand advertiser business models, strategic priorities, and performance KPIs, then build strategies aligning solutions to measurable outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end campaign onboarding, execution, pacing, optimizations, and wrap-up analyses across global scale.
- Manage and deepen relationships with agencies and direct clients as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
- Analyze campaign performance data to diagnose trends, identify optimization levers, and communicate recommendations to improve primary KPIs.
- Act as internal lead for account operations, including forecasting, revenue delivery, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with Ad Ops for seamless execution.
- Consult on upper-funnel and direct response strategies and educate clients and agency partners on advertising capabilities and measurement approaches.
Requirements
- Location: Based in New York, Los Angeles, or Seattle
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
- Expertise with performance/direct response campaigns and digital measurement/tracking fundamentals (including mobile measurement partners).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to cultivate relationships with external partners.
- Proficiency in Excel preferred; BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
