What you will do

  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities for add-on solutions and AI-powered products.
  • Develop trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align software value with business strategies.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans addressing customer objectives and growth goals.
  • Guide customers on business strategy, operational efficiency, and expansion across locations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Monitor client health and usage metrics to surface optimization and ROI opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role with proven success in account management.
  • Consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding sales targets within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for engaging senior audiences.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America.
