What you will do
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities for add-on solutions and AI-powered products.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to align software value with business strategies.
- Build and execute strategic account plans addressing customer objectives and growth goals.
- Guide customers on business strategy, operational efficiency, and expansion across locations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Monitor client health and usage metrics to surface optimization and ROI opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a quota-carrying enterprise SaaS role with proven success in account management.
- Consistent record of over-achievement in exceeding sales targets within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud and AI-driven technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for engaging senior audiences.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events across North America.
