What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle project management for power generation initiatives, including gas turbines, renewables integration, and substation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change orders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate permitting and grid interconnection with utility companies and regulatory agencies.
• Drive procurement strategy and vendor/contractor management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical specifications and design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, or large industrial projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million dollar energy projects.
• Strong working knowledge of power generation technologies (gas, diesel, renewables) and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area.

Nice to have

• Background in data center power systems or hyperscale energy projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PE.
• Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) or high-voltage substations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
