Salary: $159,120 - $238,680

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Analytics & AI organization, including priorities and schedules.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership to align stakeholders and sharpen communications.
• Manage deliverables to ensure service expectations are met and monitor organizational results.
• Develop contingency plans for potential risks and maintain organizational rigor.
• Translate technical analytics and AI work into clear business impact for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of decision-making processes and strategic/tactical planning (1-5 years outlook).
• Extensive experience in project administration using JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in data gathering and reporting using Power BI and Excel.
• Strong IT project management skills to plan and control technical resources.
• Must have valid US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated success as a Chief of Staff or Business Operations lead within an AI or Data Science organization.
• Agile delivery experience, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Change Management, or Six Sigma certification.
