Location: Hybrid role (3 days a week in the Addison, TX office). Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary senior finance partner to functional business unit leaders to drive financial accountability.
• Own revenue and bookings forecasting across segments and product lines using driver-based models.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrity and analytical depth of financial metrics and KPIs.
• Drive transformation initiatives including AI-enabled automation and standardization of reporting.
• Coach and develop a team of four FP&A professionals to build an insight-driven finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Finance (MBA preferred) or equivalent work history.
• 8-12 years of progressive FP&A experience with 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue and expense drivers and GTM metrics.
• Proven experience with planning and forecasting cycles including annual budgets and long-range plans.
• Strong proficiency in CRM and billing systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Must be able to work in the Addison, TX office 3 days a week and possess existing US work authorization.
