What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and end-to-end annual planning cycles to guide company strategy.
• Establish financial discipline and organization-wide budgets based on strong unit economics.
• Monitor KPIs and build dashboards to identify levers for growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate on headcount planning and hiring prioritization for organizational scaling.
• Manage treasury strategy, cash flow, and optimize capital structure for hyper-growth.
• Develop materials for Board meetings and partner on future fundraising processes.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.
• Experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI technology company.
• Proven track record of building or leading a finance function in an early-stage or scaling environment.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, long-range planning, and capital allocation.
• Strong familiarity with ARR-based business metrics and subscription economics.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complex financial topics for executives and the Board.
