What you will do

• Lead FP&A by owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, while maintaining core SaaS financial models (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
• Oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, and managing external accounting firms.
• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering leadership on pipeline health, capacity planning, and ROI analysis.
• Manage finance operations, including spend management, cash management, and implementation of tools like NetSuite, Ramp, and Stripe.
• Support strategic initiatives such as fundraising, investor reporting, pricing optimization, and board reporting materials.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, and accounting, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience overseeing accounting close cycles and controllership responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of SaaS financials, metrics, and ASC 606.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.
