What you will do
- Own the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual board financial reporting packages.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop clear financial narratives and lead variance analysis for P&L core components.
- Streamline intercompany reconciliation and consolidation processes across three different business lines.
- Support finance integration for acquisitions, including KPI standardization and systems harmonization.
- Modernize FP&A systems construction and implementation to improve reporting accuracy and organizational accountability.
- Manage and mentor an FP&A team member to support team growth and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance operations, with 3+ years at a Senior Manager level or higher.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or payments businesses with $250M+ revenue.
- Prior ownership of board reporting and executive-level financial presentations.
- Experience supporting acquisition integration and multi-entity financial operations.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k/HSA/FSA benefits).
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, FP&A, and reporting systems such as Netsuite, Numeric, Floqast, Snowflake, Metabase, or Coefficient.
- Experience leading the deployment of modern FP&A systems and process automation.
