Location: Remote (Must be US-based, required travel for onsite meetings)
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base

What you will do
- Build and maintain driver-based operating models and rolling forecasts for all portfolio companies.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on pricing, onboarding economics, churn, and capacity utilization to drive business decisions.
- Produce monthly financial reporting packages and board-ready analysis with defensible assumptions.
- Support the analytical underwriting and due diligence process for future acquisitions.
- Coordinate with portfolio COOs and finance leaders to ensure reliable data flow into models.
- Implement AI and modern tooling to accelerate recurring analysis and repeatable workflows.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, management consulting, or strategic finance.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel (practical assessment required).
- Ability to lead working conversations with CEOs, COOs, and Managing Partners.
- High agency and strong curiosity regarding business operations and unit economics.
- AI-fluency: Ability to use AI to accelerate analysis and build workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, CRM data, or ERP and accounting systems.
- Background in private equity, multi-entity finance, or transaction advisory.
- MBA or CFA credential.
