What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and coach the B2B Sales team, managing the performance and progression of Account Executives.
  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for embedded international payments across real estate, payroll, and professional services.
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate customer needs into scalable implementations.
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and deal governance to ensure revenue predictability.
  • Personally drive selection and execution of strategic enterprise accounts and partnerships.
  • Implement data-driven sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, for qualification and closing.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing B2B sales teams.
  • Strong background in SaaS or embedded fintech, specifically with API-led payment solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling early-stage products or new market propositions.
  • Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Consistent track record of overachieving individual and team revenue targets.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, proptech, or international payment ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with embedded finance or API integration sales motions.
  • Knowledge of global real estate markets.
  • Practical experience implementing the MEDDIC sales methodology.
