What you will do
- Lead, develop, and coach the B2B Sales team, managing the performance and progression of Account Executives.
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for embedded international payments across real estate, payroll, and professional services.
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate customer needs into scalable implementations.
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and deal governance to ensure revenue predictability.
- Personally drive selection and execution of strategic enterprise accounts and partnerships.
- Implement data-driven sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, for qualification and closing.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing B2B sales teams.
- Strong background in SaaS or embedded fintech, specifically with API-led payment solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling early-stage products or new market propositions.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Consistent track record of overachieving individual and team revenue targets.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, proptech, or international payment ecosystems.
- Familiarity with embedded finance or API integration sales motions.
- Knowledge of global real estate markets.
- Practical experience implementing the MEDDIC sales methodology.
