Account Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving sales and establishing strategic relationships with financial departments of large enterprises in Belgium with an accent on navigating complex corporate structures and multi-stakeholder sales processes. Focus on building relationships with C-suite leaders and ensuring alignment throughout complex strategic buying journeys.

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of two days a week in the office in Ghent, London, Gouda, or Luxembourg.

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to securing deals.
• Engage with C-suite executives to build relationships with financial leaders.
• Conduct deep-dive needs analyses to understand challenges within finance departments.
• Lead workshops and represent hirify.global at industry events.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the SaaS or technology sector.
• Experience navigating sales processes involving stakeholder alignment across multiple decision-makers.
• Ability to grasp the challenges of modern finance departments and translate hirify.global's strategic value.
• Familiarity with consultative selling and CRM systems.
• Dutch and English fluency (both written and spoken).
• Comfort operating with a hands-on scale-up mindset.
