hirify.global is building a payment infrastructure that allows companies to integrate over 1,000 payment methods via a single API, utilizing AI for smart routing and fraud prevention.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, industry events, and strategic networking in European markets.
  • Engage C-level decision-makers at enterprise merchants using consultative discovery to tailor value propositions.
  • Develop deep knowledge of target verticals such as e-commerce, iGaming, travel, mobility, and SaaS.
  • Collaborate with Customer Account Managers and Solutions Engineers to ensure seamless handoffs from sale to implementation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and monitor fintech landscape trends for competitive differentiation.

Requirements

  • English fluency is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development with long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, financial services, and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrable startup and/or scale-up experience, with the ability to operate without existing structure.
  • Strong consultative selling skills to navigate complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
