What you will do

• Lead engagement with building owners to define operational objectives and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop comprehensive Facility Operations Plans that align people, processes, and technology.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Concept of Operations (ConOps) documentation.
• Lead operational resilience and intelligence planning to improve reliability and uptime.
• Guide capital and bond planning efforts by aligning operational needs with investment strategies.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a diverse, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, facility management, or construction management required.
• 7+ years of work experience in facility operations, asset management, or operational planning.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience consulting directly with building owners or operators.
• Strong understanding of facility lifecycle management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Automate.
