What you will do

• Source, identify, and engage prospective candidates across multiple functional areas and business roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess interest, availability, and qualifications.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to define hiring needs via intake discussions.
• Manage candidate documentation and pipeline data within Jobvite or similar ATS.
• Support recruiting events, information sessions, and job fairs.
• Track sourcing activity and engagement metrics to meet hiring goals.

Requirements

• Strong sourcing discipline and proficiency in Boolean search.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Jose, CA.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and professionalism.
