Location: Must be based in McGregor, TX (100% onsite)

What you will do

  • Schedule onsite interviews and coordinate candidate travel arrangements.
  • Host candidates and manage all day-of onsite interview logistics.
  • Support the talent operations team with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Learn and communicate intelligently about company programs and the space industry.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
  • Must be able to work 100% onsite in McGregor, TX.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Professional experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a recruiting coordinator.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
