What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR consultants serving multiple client accounts across the US.
• Oversee the delivery of HR managed services across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Own the client experience, including relationship management, onboarding, and issue escalation.
• Build and refine scalable processes, workflows, and operating rhythms for a growing business.
• Champion the use of HR technology, data, and reporting to improve productivity and client outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and senior leadership on solution design and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM or PHR certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in consulting or managed services.
• Proven success leading teams that deliver HR support across multiple clients or business units.
• Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Experience leveraging HCM platforms, HRIS systems, and process improvement methodologies.
• Must be located within the New England region for hybrid work.
