Location: On-site in Woodbury, NY. Must be able to commute or relocate.

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies and workforce planning with organizational goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead performance review cycles and drive employee growth and leadership development initiatives.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee relations, resolving workplace concerns and promoting culture.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and benefits administration in collaboration with specialized teams.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Woodbury, NY.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) or an advanced degree.
