Learning & Development Specialist I (Fintech): Delivering and supporting training and leadership development programs with an accent on program coordination and execution. Focus on facilitating global onboarding, maintaining learning assets, and optimizing training operations.

Location: Hybrid (Kansas, USA). Ability to work occasional early-morning hours (starting 5am or 6am CT) to support the Europe/Netherlands region is required.

What you will do

• Maintain, update, and revise L&D documents and supplemental learning materials.
• Deliver and assess training effectiveness using learner performance and other methodologies.
• Facilitate and coordinate New Hire Orientation for employees in the Europe region.
• Support trainers by preparing and organizing training materials and learning assets.
• Coordinate administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous learning and development or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of adult learning processes and practices.
• Ability to work early-morning hours (5am-6am CT) for the Europe/Netherlands region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with a diverse community.
• Basic project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Exposure to L&D authoring tools for content creation and learning assets.
• Interest in using emerging technologies such as AI to improve workflows and content creation.
