TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States), East Coast preferred (New York City ideal)

Salary: $113,900 - $159,500 USD

What you will do

  • Lead execution of core Experience programs, including ERGs, new hire onboarding (hirify.global Odyssey), and Snoo Community Funds.
  • Act as the primary partner for employee-led initiatives, supporting community organizers with tools, structure, and guidance.
  • Manage the operational backbone of programming, including timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with vendors.
  • Track participation and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with Comms and People teams to ensure alignment with content and design standards.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience leading company-wide Employee Experience programs.
  • Proven experience supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Must be based in the United States (East Coast preferred).
  • Strong design skills in deck-building, graphic design, or video editing.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 1-2 times per quarter.
