What you will do

• Establish work methodologies and introduce innovative tools to guide business development.
• Build and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and on-going actual vs. budget analysis.
• Perform economic decision-making analysis to determine financial performance for pricing, costs, and new initiatives.
• Prepare financial analysis and presentations for Management, the Board of Directors, and Investors.
• Develop financial models to support forecasts and ad-hoc requests.
• Analyze business activity and trends to synthesize research into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience as a financial or FP&A analyst.
• Proven expertise in building and working with financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, lookups, complex formulas) - Must.
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience creating professional presentations for managers or board members.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Priority, SAP), BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker), and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Experience utilizing AI tools or modern FP&A platforms to automate workflows and drive efficiency.
• Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner.
• Background in Accounting/Consulting firms, High-Tech, Investment Banking, or Venture Capital.
• CPA certification.
