What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Reconcile on-chain balances and inventory to ensure 1:1 matching between client assets and liabilities.
• Manage reporting for crypto-specific revenues, blockchain network fees, and liquidity provider costs.
• Develop driver-based revenue and expense forecasting models reflecting crypto market dynamics.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and refine assumptions.
• Prepare Net Assets reports to support budget planning and maintain Group liquidity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in Fintech, Crypto, or Financial Services.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and required familiarity with Power BI.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically with Crypto Exchanges or Payment Solutions (EMIs).
