What you will do

• Integrate new clients' data and systems into the hirify.global platform.
• Build and optimize best-in-class financial models for clients.
• Onboard, train, and support clients to ensure platform mastery.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to empower client decision-making.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to develop new features.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems from first principles.
• Experience in conducting analysis and problem-solving using Excel.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with an ownership mentality.
