What you will do

• Lead the design and optimization of Workday Compensation and Benefits modules.
• Manage Workday feature releases and deployment activities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Maintain the Job Catalog and manage mass data updates using EIBs.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure data integrity and resolve system issues.
• Implement pay equity solutions and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience including Core HCM and Business Processes.
• 2+ years of configuration experience in Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits.
• Advanced reporting skills including Custom Reports, Matrix Reports, and Calculated Fields.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data auditing.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

• Experience with Workday dashboards and worksheets.
