What you will do
- Develop and deliver asset management strategies, policies, and frameworks based on ISO 55000.
- Perform asset condition surveys, lifecycle assessments, and risk profiling.
- Create strategic investment plans, prioritisation models, and long-term capital programmes.
- Lead asset management workstreams for large national programmes and multi-site portfolios.
- Optimise CAFM, CMMS, EAM, and BIM-enabled systems to improve data insights and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating workshops and strategic reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying, Engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in asset management, strategic estates advisory, or lifecycle planning within consultancy.
- Proven track record of delivering programmes across complex or multi-site estates.
- Strong understanding of UK frameworks (ISO 55000, RICS guidance, HM Treasury Green Book).
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Birmingham, UK.

- Professional membership with IAM, RICS, ICE, or CIOB.
- Additional project management qualifications.
- Exposure to retail, commercial, education, or public sector portfolios.
- Experience in identifying and developing new client business opportunities.
