What you will do

• Lead and deliver technical aspects of complex projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery, from interpreting client briefs to coordinating multidisciplinary designs.
• Oversee and support engineers and technicians to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs comply with health and safety standards and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE) or working towards chartership.
• Proven experience in structural engineering project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of design standards, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in industry-standard structural analysis and design software.
