What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of Building Surveyors, ensuring consistent technical standards and delivery quality.
• Act as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for projects ranging from £50k to £3m+.
• Provide authoritative advice on building defects and complete Building Safety Act related reporting.
• Prepare Planned Preventative Maintenance, lifecycle reports, and reinstatement cost assessments.
• Oversee major works, remediation projects, and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations.
• Drive business development and support the recruitment and mentoring of APC candidates.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience leading or managing a surveying team.
• Strong technical knowledge across construction and building pathology.
• Full clean UK driving licence and ability to travel.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience within residential property management.
• Experience acting as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations.
• Experience delivering Building Safety Act and Higher Risk Building instructions.
• AutoCAD capability.
