What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution for Board of Directors meetings and Senior Leadership Team retreats, including venue sourcing and complex travel logistics.
- Provide dedicated administrative support to two C-Level Executives, managing calendars, expenses, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee Atlanta headquarters operations, including facility management, cleaning standards, and security badge auditing.
- Manage office budgets for supplies and snacks to ensure a white-glove experience for employees and guests.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, purchasing employee gifts, and general personnel support.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and act as a digital gatekeeper for sensitive documents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Office Management, Executive Support, or Hospitality Operations.
- Proven ability to communicate confidently with C-suite executives, investors, and Board members.
- Experience planning multi-day high-end corporate events from start to finish.
- Basic understanding of invoicing, expense reports, and accounts payable workflows.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Slack.
Nice to have
- Current Notary Public or willingness to obtain certification.
