TL;DR

Client Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue across the existing client base by leveraging a suite of software and services with an accent on cross-sell and upsell motions. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and maximizing software utilization for SMB and Enterprise accounts.

Location: Remote (Must reside in EST or CST time zone)

What you will do

  • Own the full client sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiating and contracting.
  • Exceed monthly and annual sales targets by selling add-ons and packages to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and leads from Client Success.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and contact records in CRM tools including Salesforce, Pardot, and Outreach.
  • Collaborate with Client Marketing and Client Success Managers to identify and close upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver web-based presentations using a consultative approach to connect software solutions to customer ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
  • Must reside in EST or CST time zone.
  • Proven track record of attaining and overachieving sales quotas.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for phone and virtual meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience in the project management and work collaboration space.
