Salary: $140,000 OTE

What you will do
- Source and actively drive a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers to qualify leads and build relationships.
- Lead value-based sales conversations by diagnosing customer pain points and aligning product capabilities to financial goals.
- Conduct deep discovery and present tailored solutions to prospective customers.
- Negotiate agreements and manage the entire sales process to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
