Project Manager - Asana Expert (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, templates, rules, and automations.
• Monitor task progress daily, audit projects, follow up on overdue tasks, and escalate blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, clarify responsibilities, and resolve dependencies across marketing, creative, ads, and leadership teams.
• Maintain dashboards and provide recurring status updates on project health, risks, and trends.
• Assist in creating and updating SOPs and process documentation for team use.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
• Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management.
• Strong experience using Asana (2+ years preferred), including templates, dashboards, workflows, rules, and automations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eCommerce, marketing operations, and cross-functional teams.
