What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, file organization, and reporting.
• Oversee internal project management tools to ensure tasks and deliverables remain on track.
• Coordinate multiple projects across business streams, aligning timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients to provide updates and manage day-to-day inquiries.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and performance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, processing contracts and statements of work (SOWs).

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and G-Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and offer creative solutions.
