What you will do

• Design and implement scalable data systems and workflows to support organizational analytical needs.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines to ensure real-time access to reliable information.
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards to uncover trends and actionable insights in healthcare data.
• Create advanced data visualizations to enable stakeholders to understand complex information effectively.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with CMS and FHP policies, including HIPAA.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Bioinformatics or related field with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience.
• Professional business analyst experience within the value-based healthcare industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization using PowerBI and MSSQL.
• Expertise in Excel including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with database management, ETL processes, and query optimization.
