Location: Hybrid (New York City) — must work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary: $167,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Identify and measure success of new financial products, focusing on financial ROI, performance guarantees, and reporting.
• Own projects end-to-end, including problem definition, implementation, validation, and iteration.
• Research, develop, and maintain data frameworks, including data pipelines and statistical models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to model provider behavior and define engagement metrics.
• Synthesize and present analysis to leadership to drive company-level strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the improvement of data analytics practices, tooling, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data, financial, and/or risk analytics within a healthcare environment.
• 2+ years of SQL experience, including work with semantic technologies (e.g., dbt, Power BI).
• 2+ years of experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Deep expertise in value-based care, population health, or clinical risk adjustment.
• Strong ability to independently solve complex problems and deliver results to senior stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.

• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), or currently on the track to become one.
