What you will do

• Manage intake and integration of commercial data sources including specialty pharmacy, REMS, and CRM data
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for data aggregators and external vendors to ensure SLA and quality standards
• Design and maintain data models, transformations, and consumption layers for analytics and forecasting
• Build and operate scalable, credential-safe data pipelines
• Establish and enforce data governance practices including lineage, access controls, and audit trails
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PDMA, and other regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data operations or analytics engineering within pharma, biotech, or healthcare
• At least 2 years in a senior individual contributor or lead role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and AWS/S3 cloud infrastructure
• Experience with specialty pharmacy data; familiarity with Veeva software tools is a plus
• Must have employment rights in the US; sponsorship is not available
