Salary: $131,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Build, own, and manage key KPIs and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and governance.
• Act as a thought partner to measure success across all product aspects.
• Collaborate with data engineering to create scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
• Independently drive insights by developing a deep understanding of the analytical domain.
• Identify reporting gaps and proactively develop new dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
• Advocate for best practices in data visualization, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
• Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
• Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end to end.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, or data engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and its limitations.
