Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, excluding high-cost Zone D markets)
Salary: $132,060 – $172,872 per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary Workday reporting SME, owning the development of custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Enable cross-functional teams to access Workday data through scalable self-service solutions.
- Manage the People Analytics service desk, triaging data requests and implementing AI or automation for efficiency.
- Consult with department leaders to provide data-driven recommendations based on human capital insights.
- Perform statistical analyses combining multiple data sources to track metrics such as employee retention.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources and sensitive information processes.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting (custom, matrix, and composite reports, and complex calculated fields).
- Experience in Data Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or HRIS management.
- Proficiency in SQL for connecting and analyzing data across related sources.
- Advanced skill in creating auditable and complex spreadsheets in Google Sheets.
- Ability to write code for data task automation using Python or JavaScript.
- Must be based in the US (Zones A-C); candidates in Zone D (e.g., SF Bay Area, NYC) are not eligible.
