What you will do

• Act as the primary Workday reporting SME, owning the development of custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Enable cross-functional teams to access Workday data through scalable self-service solutions.
• Manage the People Analytics service desk, triaging data requests and implementing AI or automation for efficiency.
• Consult with department leaders to provide data-driven recommendations based on human capital insights.
• Perform statistical analyses combining multiple data sources to track metrics such as employee retention.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources and sensitive information processes.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting (custom, matrix, and composite reports, and complex calculated fields).
• Experience in Data Analytics, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or HRIS management.
• Proficiency in SQL for connecting and analyzing data across related sources.
• Advanced skill in creating auditable and complex spreadsheets in Google Sheets.
• Ability to write code for data task automation using Python or JavaScript.
• Must be based in the US (Zones A-C); candidates in Zone D (e.g., SF Bay Area, NYC) are not eligible.
