Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Remote in Colombia; the internship may also be performed onsite or in a hybrid format at the Medellin office.

What you will do

• Support digital marketing strategists with client work and help develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Navigate advertising platforms, create campaigns, optimize ads, and launch new tests.
• Pull, analyze, and report on campaign data while ensuring data accuracy and completion.
• Research performance, identify next steps, and prepare recommendations and reports.
• Maintain department resources, Google Drive files, Asana boards, deliverable trackers, spreadsheets, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with teams across the agency and attend regular trainings and cross-channel learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical approach to work.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently while asking questions when needed.
• Interest in learning more about digital marketing.
• Studies in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, PR, influencer marketing, design, social communication, audiovisual production, or a related field.
