Marketing Associate (Colombia)

Location: Remote in Colombia; working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm ET.

Salary: 65,084,971-81,356,214 COP annually, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and content.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content.
• Research marketing leads, qualify prospects, and support lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain marketing database quality and enter inbound lead data into the CRM.
• Update the website and publish blog content.
• Collaborate on marketing and business development projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry.
