Marketing and Communications Intern (Colombia)

Location: Bogota, Colombia / Remote

Salary: 2,800,000 COP monthly gross

What you will do

• Support asset and CRM production, quality assurance, approvals, deployment, and analytics reporting.
• Build and maintain marketing communications in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Help optimize campaigns through performance reports, data pulls, testing, segmentation, and insights.
• Coordinate compliance and legal approvals for internal and external marketing assets.
• Support client and sales teams with in-app promotions, reporting, and merchant-focused campaigns.
• Maintain project documentation and identify risks with recommendations for mitigation.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic project management skills and experience writing short, engaging messages.
• Experience using data to create segments, design tests, execute reports, and provide insights.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Basic creative design skills and knowledge of Figma.
• Prior experience with Braze or database marketing.
• Experience with email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
