Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 OTE (Year 1)

What you will do

• Perform consultative discovery using the SPICED Model to identify prospect pain points and business impact.
• Manage high-velocity pipelines by driving outbound activity and optimizing lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Deliver high-impact virtual presentations of the Genius hardware and software suite to SMB owners.
• Guide prospects through the closing process by identifying critical events and decision-making drivers.
• Maintain precise records in Salesforce CRM to ensure transparent tracking of sales performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Software Sales Rep or in a high-volume sales environment.
• Experience in consultative phone sales and the ability to build trust without face-to-face meetings.
• Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and a strong understanding of sales metrics.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Oklahoma City office.
