Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 45-50 customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Manage quarterly renewals and proactively identify risks to preserve net dollar retention.
- Track and drive upsell opportunities within Salesforce to increase account value.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share fraud trends and performance insights.
- Provide training and platform enablement to ensure customers maximize product value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales.
- Proven track record of managing a book of business of approximately 50 customers.
- Strong commercial aptitude with experience in contract renewals and revenue growth.
- Technical aptitude to learn and operate complex technical concepts.
- Must be based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid model.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with client executives.
