What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for household and cross-category shopping experiences, scaling an MVP into a growth platform.
• Drive adoption and engagement across Women’s, Men’s, and Kids categories to increase lifetime value.
• Design seamless multi-person shopping journeys within a unified user experience.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build scalable personalization systems and recommendation signals.
• Lead experimentation and analytics efforts to optimize conversion, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience leading complex, platform-level consumer product initiatives.
• Deep understanding of consumer shopping behavior and personalization in digital commerce.
• Proven ability to scale product strategies across multi-category or marketplace ecosystems.
• Experience collaborating with data science teams on AI-driven products or recommendation systems.
• Strong experimentation mindset, including A/B testing and iterative product optimization.
• Must be based in the United States.
